I agree with michael they re likely not spider eggs.
Poking around a lot of people seem to think they re lepidopteran eggs and the things i saw hatch from them did look like teeny tiny caterpillars.

When i went to wipe them off they were crusty and smeared on the window.
If larvae appear on a window screen then there must be food nearby for them to eat once they hatches.
I removed those before they did anything though.
I ve seen a whole bunch of similar entries and actually had a very similar occurrence on my own screen door.
